Now, the topping on this is that the well known jailbreak community contributor going by name @GeoSn0w has made a major announcement. He says that soon GenSn0w iOS 12 jailbreak tool will be announced which will be called OsirisJailbreak12. However, if you are not developer, then bad news is that it will be initially meant for developers only, and it is not quite complete at this time.

However, there a few major questions that each iOS users who jailbreaking has in his mind. One common question is regarding the availability of Cydia. Since Sileo is also released a Cydia alternative, it will be hard to guess whether OsirisJailbreak 12 by GeoSn0w will come with by default. At this time, it does not install Cydia when deployed.

Secondly, if OsirisJailbreak12 for iOS 12 and iOS 12.1.2 supports Cydia, will it be compatible with latest iOS version? While Sileo is still in the beta phases, we are yet to see which tool will be crowned as winner when iOS 12 untethered jailbreak by GeoSn0w (possibly) will be released to general public.

As for release date of GeoSn0w untethered jailbreak for iOS 12 and iOS 12.1.2 is concerned, than only time will tell this. We hope to get this tool released before the announcement of iOS 13.

In the meantime, we don’t recommend that you utilize this tool even if you are able to get access to it unless you are a very experienced user, or you are prepared to suffer problems with your device in the event that something with the tool goes wrong. It just isn’t ready for the general public at this time.
