iOS 13 Beta was released in June of 2019. iOS 13 is expected to be a massive revision of its operating system. The hope is that iOS 13 will be must faster and more efficient. The Photos app is expected to be updated, making it easier to browse through your files and even to edit them.
In addition to other updates, another useful one is the option to Sign In with Apple, a privacy feature that should help with signing into apps and websites.
