Method # 1: Reboot your iPhone XR and install Carrier update & iOS update

  1. Simultaneously press and hold the “power/side buttons” and “volume buttons” until you see the “power off slider”.
  2. Then swipe the “power off slider” to the right.
  3. When your iPhone XR completely turns off, then press and hold “power/side” button again to turn your phone “On”.

When your phone boots up again, then check the problem, if it is still sticky, then proceed to install carrier update & iOS update:

  1. Go to “settings” on your iPhone XR.
  2. Tap on “General tab”.
  3. Then tap on “About”.
  4. If you see any update available, then you need to tap on the update button, otherwise continue to tap on “Ok”, if no updates available.

  3. Locate the “Reset” option and then tap on it and select the option “Reset Network settings”.
