Electra1131 version 1.0.1 has been released for iOS 11.2 and iOS 11.3.1 which fix the Electra jailbreak icon not showing, nonce generator, dpkg error and rootfs remount issues.
In case you are out of the jailbreak news, Coolstar made a huge announcement recently by releasing Electra iOS 11.3.1 untethered jailbreak. It is based on Ian Beer exploit that made it possible to get access to iOS 11.3.1.

As mentioned by Coolstar, this latest version 1.0.1 of Electra fixes all these problems. If you had previously tried to jailbreak with older version, download the latest version. Once done with downloading, you will be required to have latest version of Cydia Impactor installed.
Sideload Electra 1131 v1.0.1 using Cydia Impactor. Afterwards, you can launch the Electra on your iOS device to start the jailbreaking process. Hopefully, you won’t face dpkr error or rootfs remount or Electra icon not showing error this time.
